For Industry Partners

Your breakthrough technology belongs in the warfighter’s hands.

You’ve built something that could change how the military operates. MEIA connects you to the DoW’s most urgent challenges and gets technology on contract rapidly. The company with the best technology should never lose because the contracting process defeated them.

How We Solve

A pipeline, not another
innovation shop.

Speed

Guaranteed written feedback on every submission. No ghosting.

Rapid Contracting

From first contact to contract, with payment quickly

Warfighters

Are at the evaluation table, providing direct, hands-on feedback.

Scale

Production capacity is evaluated upfront, not as an afterthought.

The Process

Three steps from submission
to contract.

Start Small

Submit a 2-page capability statement or a 90-second video. No CAGE code or 50-page proposal is needed to get in the door. This takes about 20 minutes.

Get Real Feedback

Our technical scouts and a military operator evaluate your submission against actual requirements. You get a named point of contact and a clear answer rapidly.

Get on Contract

For "Go" decisions, the contracting package is sent quickly. We use OTAs, CSOs, SBIR Phase III, or APFIT Awards to get you on contract rapidly.

Where We Need You Now

Active Topic Areas

We are actively sourcing technologies in these and other dual-use categories.

Counter-C5ISR-T

Counter Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting. We need technologies that degrade, deny, or disrupt adversary sensor-to-shooter kill chains.

Contested Logistics

Sustaining the Joint Force under active adversary pressure. We need solutions for autonomous resupply, distributed logistics, resilient power and fuel, and secure supply chain tracking.

A Note on Our Status

We're building this in the open.

Straight talk: MEIA is a new pipeline. The formal funding and contracting pathways are being built right now. Engaging with us now means helping shape what gets funded and how the vehicles get built.

  • Now - Sep 2026: Early prototyping under RDT&E. First awards targeted for August 2026 at the earliest.
  • FY27 and Beyond: Pathway expands to include integrated demonstrations and transition to scaled production with the Services.
